Most infants go through a stage when they suddenly react with hesitation and fear to strangers or people they do not see every day.    This can come as a real shock to parents and can be hard to deal with.     This Infant Triple P Café provides parents with a better understanding of what separation anxiety is and how they can help their infant through it.

Crying

Crying is a normal part of children’s development and is a baby’s way of communicating.  It is important to respond quickly and consistently when a baby cries.   In the Triple P Café on Crying, parents will learn tips and tricks on how to deal with their baby crying and how to better understand their baby and address their needs.

Sleep Patterns

One the first challenges facing parents of new babies is dealing with their baby’s sleep patterns.   Although it is not possible to make a baby sleep, from the start there are things parents can do to help their baby develop a manageable sleep pattern.   This Triple P Café will five parents suggestions to help parents understand their baby’s sleep patterns, help their baby develop a healthy sleep patterns and help parents manage the changes to their own sleep.

Promoting Development
