Brief Parenting Advice includes two options:
A. Select Seminar Series
Each Select Seminar Series addresses three topics, one per seminar. They provide parents with general information about promoting their child’s development and serve as an introduction to Triple P – the Positive Parenting Program.
Parents who want to attend Triple P but don’t have a specific concern or issue to solve are encouraged to attend the Select Seminars Series. They can attend one, two or all three seminars within a series. There is a series adapted for parents of children 0–12, one for parents of teenagers and one for parents of children 0–12 with special needs.

B. Brief Primary Care and Triple P Cafés
Parents who are seeking support on a precise parenting issue or who are struggling with specific behavioural problem are encouraged to attend a Triple P Café. Triple P has over 50 different tip sheets addressing various issues or concerns specific to different age groups. Parents can attend as many Triple P Cafés as they desire.
During a Triple P Café, practitioners review key strategies as suggested in the tip sheets with small groups of parents. It is often recognize that the strategies learned can be used for a variety of parenting issues.
